CONSCIOUS HEALTH INSTITUTE
CH.i PHILOSOPHY - What We Believe
Our philosophy embodies the core beliefs that we hold and that underpin our ethical guidelines and codes of conduct and professional practice.
Members of Ch.i Community believe:
-
We are all unique expressions of Consciousness, equal in vitality and potential.
- There is no ‘good or bad’ only our ‘True Nature’ of love and compassion and the ‘Illusion of Separation” which causes us to experience fear and drives our behaviour to act out against others. The further away from the living experience of our True Nature, the more we fear death and the greater our ‘dis-ease’ as we prioritise the sensory animal survival in order to maintain this experience. This we call the Disease Paradox - the more separate we feel and the more afraid of death we are, the greater our dis-ease and thus the ongoing response to the threat to survival and the development of chronic illness.
- Consciousness is a self-organising, self-ordering, self-aware fractal system, experiencing at every level of existence. We are a manifestation of this system, but our awareness of this and our experience of this is limited by our ability to perceive and process sensory information in the limited ‘bandwidth’ of the human body.
- Flow is the constant state of self-organising and self-ordering, therefore chaos (like death) is an illusion perceived only from a limited perspective where the patterns are not discernible.
- There are no mistakes in nature and therefore in health, there is only the constant adjustment to the changing state of incoming or outgoing resources or information. This systemic process of adjusting to demand and the rebalancing towards systemic ‘efficiency’ constantly seeks a state of ‘ease’ so that we can express our True Nature and fulfil our purpose.
- Health is impacted by a lack of resources and the inability to meet our survival needs. Our needs are to maintain our physical, mental and emotional boundaries that help us to experience our ‘True Nature’ and the fulfilment of our purpose. Otherwise we expend vital energy in survival and persistent healing cycles. Personal wellbeing is subjectively related to quality of life and influenced by personal meaning and experience.
- All symptoms, physical, psychological or emotional are evidence of our response to a threat to survival and occur as a result of attempts re-establish our core needs of safety, connection and sense-of-self.
OUR MISSION - What We Aim to Do
Our mission and manifesto describe our aims and what we desire to achieve at Conscious Health Institute.
We aim to:
- Help people to reclaim their health and wellbeing through understanding the root-cause of their symptoms as part of their innate survival and healing intelligence.

- Facilitate people in experiencing their True Nature and in re-establishing their connection to and unique expression of Consciousness.
